If an account remains inactive for an extended period, or upon receiving a verified data deletion request, we will securely delete or permanently anonymize your personally identifiable data from our active databases, except where retention is strictly required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.

Data Deletion and Account Removal Process:

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated personal and health data at any time. You can submit a data deletion request through either of the following methods:

  • In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the App by navigating to the Navigation Drawer / Menu > Remove Account and confirming your request. This will remove your account and stored data from active use.
  • Email Deletion Request: If you are unable to access the app or have uninstalled it, you can submit a deletion request by sending an email to ainutricare@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - AI NutriCare". Please provide your registered mobile number in the email. We will process and permanently remove your personal records within 30 days of receiving your request.

Data Security:

We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is entirely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy:

AI NutriCare does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe that a child under 16 has provided their information to us, please contact us, and we will promptly remove such information from our records.
